Google Docs Collaboration
This morning while I was working on our assignment comparing browsers, I chanced to find myself working at the exact same time as one of my collaborators. It was interesting to see the changes that he was making while I was doing my work. That was interesting and fun, but the best part was when I found that I could open a chat session and my partner and I could ask questions, share resources, and make a plan for our document, all while still in my pajamas on my in-laws couch. It almost made me forget I wasn't at home, then their puppy peed on the floor and I returned to reality in a hurry. Google Docs 1 - Microsoft Word 0

ReplyDeleteHow do you know when someone else is working simultaneously with you? Is there an Icon that appears or something else that I should be looking for? Also, how were you able to have a live chat? Any information you could give would be appreciated.

Isn't it amazing when you see the collaboration yet they are not where you are. I thinnk you'll find many uses for collaboration
